Ordering products
Use fax, email or our integrated shopping cart to order products from our catalog. If you do not use shopping cart please remember to include the following information in your orders:
- Name / Company name
- Contact person (tel.no.)
- Invoicing address
- Shipment address
- Product code and type if available (color, shape)
- Quantity
- Preferred method of payment (prepayment or Cash on Delivery*)
* Available in Norway only.
NB! No credit card information is required since the products are sent prepaid or on terms COD.

Delivery time
When available from our warehouse the products are normally shipped within one week. If the product is not available from the warehouse (quantity=0) it will have to be ordered from the supplier with up to several weeks waiting time, due to traditionally long delivery times from some of our suppliers. Do not hesitate to contact us for delivery time estimate for your chosen product.
What is included in the price?
Prices in the catalog are retail prices including Norwegian VAT (25%) excl. freight charges. You can chose which currency you want to shop in. For payments in USD or EUR the rate of exchange is fixed on the day you order is registered.
The rate of exchange is based on rates provided by the Norwegian Central Bank + 5% (transaction costs).
Freight is charged according to the official Norwegian Mail Service rates (no additional handling fees).
Wholesale shipments qualify for discounts, take contact with one of our shops for more information, cf. Distributor – page.
NB! VAT do not apply for shipments outside Norway.

Cash on Delivery – this service is not available for shipments outside Norway.
Unclaimed goods
Unclaimed goods shipped on terms COD are charged with 250kr. This amount covers our expenses on shipment, package and paperwork.
Product exchange
Products can be exchanged within 14 days after delivery.
Claims
Claims on quantity, defects or damage should be reported to us as soon as possible and within 3 working days upon delivery. Take contact with us to discuss appropriate solution to the problem (return, discount, new shipment). |
